Security Guard Services Calendar
Our security guards are well trained during the transition period, upwards to 30 days from initial agreement.
Phase 1: Agreement between companies (Day 1)
-Our team meets with your team to work out your needs and expectations with the guard services.
-We can put together a proper start up solution for you if this is your first time with service or make adjustments from the former company.
- Beginning of recruitment for the associates who will fill the necessary positions for the transition.
Phase 2: Training/ Vetting (Days 2-8)
-During this time we will continue to recruit, train, and vet for the positions.
-We will also put together the post orders, make out schedules, and any necessary items needed for the post such as uniforms and radios.
-Once post orders are completes, we will forward them to your company to assure they meet our agreement and make any needed changes.
Phase 3: Branding and meeting (Days 9-20)
-During this phase, we will arrange a meeting between you and the associates who will be assigned to your site. This way you can get a feel for who they are and we can perform an on-site training day.
-If making a transition from another company, we can make other arrangements to conduct this portion of the meeting.
Phase 4: Finalization (Days 21-29)
-We will go over any final training, badging, and correcting other last minute changes.

Phase 5: Launch (Day 0)
-Our guards and supervisor will arrive and begin the tour.
-Our supervisors will make periodical site inspections and meet with your team to insure a good course of communication.
